Vishnu Balu

Mr. Balu is a results- oriented leader with over 23+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, corporate finance, and M&A. He has a proven ability to deeply dive into functional financial business models with a strategic perspective of long-term value creation. In his previous leadership roles, Mr. Balu successfully led domestic and cross border M&A, SPAC-M&A, PE fund raising, Operating Model restructuring and functional finance transformations. He holds an AMP from Harvard Business School, MBA from IIM-Bangalore, and Rank Holder Chartered Accountant.

Dr. Shafaat Pirani, PharmD, BCGP

Dr. Pirani has 10+ years of experience leading teams across all avenues of healthcare including interdisciplinary clinics, mail-order pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply chain, telemedicine, and digital health.  Most recently, he was charged with leading the business and product teams to create sustainable digital health programs and applications.  Dr. Pirani is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and holds various certifications for medication therapy management, pharmacogenomics, and teaching/precepting with several prestigious universities across Florida.  He is an honorary member of Phi Lambda Sigma, and holds membership with APhA, NCPA, ASCP, and NASP. Dr. Pirani is committed to building patient-centric digital health solutions in a B2B2C model, creating value for all stakeholders across the healthcare continuum.

His career includes key roles such as Vice President of IT at Optum, Principal and Senior Director at Elevance Health, and Director of Software Engineering at PMSI. Known for his expertise in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data-driven decision-making, Srini excels at leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Dr. Clinton Cronin, PharmD

Clint Cronin, PharmD, is a dedicated Pharmacy Manager with a strong foundation in clinical and compounding pharmacy since 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida. Clint completed his clinical training at Advent Health and served as Clinical Pharmacy Manager for a compounding pharmacy for three years. His expertise in personalized medicine and patient care makes him a key contributor to advancing pharmacy practices.
